The Governor’s spokesman, Malam Isa Gusau announced the appointment in a statement released on Friday. Loskuri, until his appointment was Senior Lecturer at the Department of Sharia and Civil Law, Mohammed Goni College of Legal and Islamic Studies Maiduguri.
