 WAGES AWARD UPDATE Finally office of Accountant General of the federation has set to upset the remaining balance of Wage Award. Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Taiwo Oyedele, during a meeting on Wednesday 5th August ,2026 with the leadership of the Joint Public Service Negotiating Council (JPSNC), Trade Side, led by its National President, Comrade Kabiru Ado Minjibir makes the promised. IPPIS payment has been uploaded and alert on the way while those who Salary payments are via GIFMIS platform follows next from Monday. The payments of Wages Award is central payment. OAGF has released warrant for the payment of July 2026 Salary to Federal Government Employees whose salaries are paid via IPPIS and GIFMIS Payment Gateway.
