The New Chief Imam of Ebira land Sheik Salihu Muhammed Abere
CHIEF IMAM OF EBIRA LAND Sheik Salihu Muhammed Abere, was born into Abere's family on 1st may 1956, went to I.N.A (IGBARA NATIVE AUTHORITY) Centeral School Okene between 1964 to 1970 and graduated at Arabic School under Sheik Ahamad Rufai Okene, between 1972 and 1977 he went to Instituted of Arabic and Islamic School Lokoja under the leadership of Sheik Yusuf Abdullahi Alokoji and graduated as an (ARABIST). NEW CHIEF IMAM OF EBIRA LAND SHEIK SALIHU MUHAMMED ABERE After that, he was employed as an Arabic Teacher in December 1977. Between 1980 and 1984 he became an Arabic Master at Etahi Community Secondary School Okene, Kogi State then Kwara State. He was later transfered from Etahi Community Secondary School to Comprehensive High School Eganyi still in Kogi State. He was moved to L.G.E.A Office as D.S.S (Divisional School Services) in 1988 to 1997 as Recording Officer Under Examination Section and retired in 2012 at the compulsory age of selfless to her mother land.
