Prof. Marte resumes work as new Chief of Staff to Governor Zulum The new Chief of Staff to Governor Babagana Umara Zulum, Prof. Isa Hussaini Marte on Tuesday assumed office in the Government House. His appointment was released on 12th August 2020 and subsequently sworn in on 16th August, 2020. Prof. Marte, who hails from Marte Local Government Area, replaces Dr. Babagana Wakil, who passed on 1st July 2020, after a brief illness. Mr. Marte, a Professor of Pharmacology arrived Government House on his first day at exactly 8:00am, Professor Marte resumed his new duty as Governor Zulum's CoS after he was presented before the Directors of different departments during a handover meeting on Tuesday.
